Its spring time! Why is it that we always tend to clean up our closets and homes during spring or Christmas only?

I have lots of friends who keep on shopping for the latest trends in clothing whenever they feel like. What they do not realize is that the pile of clothes in their cupboards is only getting higher and higher.
